The seminar was attended by students of the International Summer School in Karelia (ISSK), organized by the EU Centre in the Barents region of Russia. Students from Russia, Finland and Canada analyzed the prospects for cooperation in the Barents Region. Daniel Martsenyuk, Temporary Acting Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Petrozavodsk, and Dmitry Kislov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Karelia, helped students to understand current trends in the region.
